GETTING STARTED – HOW TO BOOK YOUR TRIAL CLASS

Although it is encouraged that new members enrol at the beginning of term, they may join at any point. We offer up to 2 free trials for potential members to see if the ASC is something they wish to enrol in before signing up.
PLEASE NOTE – there are no trials available until w/c 9th September 2024.

WHAT’S NEXT – ENROLLING AFTER YOUR TRIAL CLASS

Much like the evening and weekend class enrolment, the ASC enrolment (£65) includes a years licence and membership and a training uniform. Although the ASC only runs in term time, the enrolment will include the first month’s class fee payment (£25/month). Rather than paying per term, the ASC is paid on a monthly subscription to help spread the cost of the classes. The monthly fee also include a class during half terms, Christmas break and Easter Holidays at any of our evening/weekend classes.

*NOTE*: Itchen Abbas Primary School will have a different enrolment process due to its distance from other venues. Once you’ve completed your trial classes, you will be emailed a link to enrol.

*Enrolment must only be purchased once you have had your trial class and confirmed with the instructor that your child will be participating in the ASC Programme. If you make the purchase and have not had confirmation of your place, it will be not guaranteed, and your enrolment fee maybe lost.
ASC class fee grants access to the ASC classes plus a class at one of our evening & weekend classes during half terms, Christmas break and Easter Holidays.
Classes over the summer holidays can be purchased and includes up to 8 classes. Additional classes must be purchased by increasing the monthly subscription.

CONTINUING WITH THE AFTER SCHOOL CLUB

Once you have signed up to the ASC, the monthly fee of £25 is automatically taken on the same date of each following month from when you enrolled. This is ongoing throughout the year, rather than payable each term to help spread the cost of the classes.

There is also the option to purchase a term or a whole school year of classes. A payment of £85 for each term will be taken on 1st of January, April and September. If paying for an entire school year, a payment of £240 will be taken on 1st of the month and will be valid for 1 year*.
*Classes over the summer holidays/August are not included. A Summer Holidays Package must be purchased to attend over this period.

ADDITIONAL CLASS SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS

If ASC Members also wish to train regularly in our evening and weekend classes, they can simply increase their monthly subscription.
For example, if attending Tuesday & Thursday evening classes and an ASC, this would be the equivalent of the monthly subscription of 3 classes a week*.
*this would also extend into school holiday periods so when the ASC is not running, the members can still attend 3 classes a week without the need to purchase a Summer Holidays Package.
