PLEASE READ THE BELOW FULLY BEFORE REGISTERING
White & Yellow Belts can Grade on one of the following dates, but must register as usual:
- Saturday 1st February or Monday 3rd February at Locks Heath
- Tuesday 4th, Thursday 6th or Sunday 9th February at Hamble
- Wednesday 5th or Friday 7th February at Bishops Waltham
Saturday 8th February – Grading schedule
- 9:00am – Event Set Up & Instructors Meeting
- 9:30am to 11:30am – Orange, Green, Blue & Purple Belts
- 11:45am to 12:45pm – Instructors Training Class
- 1:15pm – Brown, Red & Black Belts*
*Brown, Snr. Brown & Red Belts will be dismissed at approximately 4:00pm.
Senior Red & Black Belts will remain until completion.

Event FAQs
How do I correct the details I've entered?
If you've entered any details incorrectly, email info@phoenixsma.co.uk along with the order number and the details that need to be corrected. Any details entered incorrectly MAY result in an additional admin charge of £5.
What uniform do I wear in my grading?
Full formal uniform is required to Grade (White Gi).
What do I need in order to grade?
You will need your full formal uniform on the day. Your licence books must be handed to your Instructor once you have registered or on the day of the Grading - No Licence, No Grading. Please also ensure that you bring your sparring gear if you are Orange belt or above.
What happens if my licence has expired?
If your Licence has expired (reads Jan 2020 or earlier), you must renew before registration closes. PLEASE NOTE, any licence due to renew in Jan 2020 must be renewed before the end of the month or your result made be VOID - No Licence, No Grading.
