The list below are the sessions running on Thursday 13th May:

Session 1 – 4:30pm to 5:20pm, Juniors, Youth & Teens All Ranks TKD
Session 2 – 5:30pm to 6:20pm, Juniors, Youth & Teens All Ranks BJJ
Session 3 – 6:30pm to 7:25pm – Youth & Adults All Ranks SDS
Session 4 – 7:35pm to 8:30pm, Teens & Adults Open Style Martial Arts

Only 1 class style can be booked each day. Members must arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to their booked session to avoid crowding. Unless attending the class, parents/responsible guardians cannot enter the venue as no spectators are permitted at this time.

An active Licence, Membership & Subscription is required to attend any sessions. If it is discovered that these are not active, a £10 per session charge will apply.
