The list below are the sessions running on Tuesday 13th April:

Session 1 – 4:30pm to 5:30pm, Juniors, Youth & Teens All Ranks TKD
Session 2 – 5:40pm to 6:40pm, Juniors, Youth & Teens All Ranks BJJ
Session 3 – 7:00pm to 8:30pm, Teens & Adults, Open Style Martial Arts

Only 1 class per style can be booked each day. Members must arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to their booked session to avoid crowding. Unless attending the class, parents/responsible guardians cannot enter the venue as no spectators are permitted at this time.

Sessions 1 & 2 will be taught classes.
The Session 3 will run as an “Open Mat” type class. Those booked in can either require tasks prior to arrival or simply use the allocated space provided.

An active Licence, Membership & Subscription is required to attend any sessions. If it is discovered that these are not active, a £10 per session charge will apply.
